Tom Santangelo is the founder and chief creative officer of Hometown Media. With over twenty years of experience in television, film, and documentary production, Tom began his career at VPS Broadcasting before taking on roles at SNJ Today, Glasstown Productions, and PBS, where he developed a reputation for delivering high-quality, emotionally resonant visuals. He currently serves as a photojournalist, editor, and Steadicam operator for FOX 29 News and Good Day Philadelphia, bringing his deep field experience to live and pre-produced content. He is a certified drone pilot, a member of the Steadicam Operators Association (SOA) and the Society of Camera Operators (SOC), and owns and operates a full RED cinema camera package along with a professional Steadicam system, allowing him to execute dynamic, cinematic shots with expert precision. As a director, producer, and cinematographer, he has led a wide range of projects, from television segments and short films to large-scale brand campaigns. At Hometown Media, Tom oversees all aspects of production and strategy, guiding the creation of powerful visual narratives for hospitals, tourism boards, and public organizations, while remaining hands-on through every stage to ensure each project meets the highest creative and technical standards.

Kristin has years of experience working in the creative field, with a specialty in copywriting and editing. She has worked as stage manager for an SNJ original program, and has donated her services to several charities, including Inspira hospital. Besides managing all of Hometown Media’s written content creation, she also freelances as a writer and editor with agencies like Bklynite Media, and is a stringer with the AP. She holds a B.A. in Advertising from Rowan University.

Sharyn is an experienced video editor and motion graphics specialist. She managed Princeton Community Television, a public access television station, where she taught the public all aspects of video production and post production. While at Princeton TV, she founded the Princeton Filmmaker's Group (now defunct). She also freelances creating motion graphics for social media and documentaries.
